Gift Aid Information

By ticking the Gift Aid box you declare that you would like to Gift Aid your donation, any donations you have made in the past 4 years, or will make in the future to the LSO.

You declare that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

The LSO will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that you have given.

Please notify the LSO if you wish to cancel your Gift Aid declaration; change your name or home address; or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains.
